Review Jeremy Kells' work on this at https://github.com/JeremyKells/emis-exporter

Maybe it could be leveraged and integrated into the EMIS since it is in C#.

    From Scott:

    Dear Weison and David,

Copied below are the links for source code that can be modified to run on the FedEMIS. The Video Tutorial shows how this tool operates in taking data from the EMIS database and copying it to the UIS specific Excel Questionnaire A.

The vast majority of Regional and International indicators can be generated from this return. This means that while you can work on your national and US DoI (JEMCO) commitments you can still easily respond to these other requests without too much burden.

The code will need some modification and this is largely made on the ISCED classification for your Education System. I will send this in another separate message.

Please can you give this some consideration amongst your other priorities. If you have any questions or would like further explanation let me know.

    Kind regards

    Scott

Ideally this would also have a RESTful API endpoint to programmatically retrieve this same data.
