References to ADODB - primary interop or tlb ?

Windows update (?) seems to have changed whether interop assemblies can be found?

This task just specifices "tblimp" rather than primary as the inclusion model.

References to ADODB are legacy, included on Softwords.DataTools, but not used in this project.
