Custom build of ngTokenAuth not supported by bower

Brian Lewis repo owner created an issue

Need a better way of managing this dependency - currently copies a folder into the bower folder, which makes it impossible to refresh.

    ngTokenAuth is no longer used. Replaced by fully rewritten Bearer token management. see common/auth
