The easiest here is to simply go in the EMIS and assign the new local electorate (i.e. Region/District/Electoral Division/Zone) to all kosrae schools. Let me know when you are done and we can regenerate the warehouse and then cleanup no longer needed Single Koskrae District local electorate.

On second thought. no need to regenerate the warehouse here yet I think as we don't yet have disaggregation by local electorate. Good to resolve this.
