I don't think it would be. I think we sorted this out. But before you resolve it can you at least regenerate the vermpaf for national and all states and check a few figures with your audit pivot tables please? Once they are confirmed the same we can resolve this.

And please if you can put those new vermpaf into both FEDEMIS and FEDEMISPreview webapps.
