Table documentation on warehouse tables disappears

Periodically the documentation ( extended property Ms-Description) is being lost.

This is probably because the warehouse rebuild is dropping and recreating these tables, rather than clearing them and re-inserting.

This should be fixed for the affected tables, which so far appear to be:

• RoomCounts
• SurveyYearRank
• tableEnrol
• tetxbookCounts
