Check that field labels are as they should be, and binding of dropdowns corresond correct;y to the fields they are bound to.

2 structrual changes proposed:

1) move these filters into context views, so they can differ from place to place

but, on the other hand,

2) hide any filter that relies on a dropdown list that has no members.
