Teachers no longer validating in latest build with same workbook. CRITICAL issue. Brian was given Kosrae workbook for 2017-18 EOY to check it out.

@ghachey fixed, you'll need to pull down the latest version of ndoeLoadStaff from pineapples_develop.

Issue was caused when teacher survey records were created from appointments - assumption that the 'source' (tcheSource) was formatted as a guid was no longer valid.
