School Map Improvements

Nice feature with the ability to click on a given school's Lat/Lon and get a map showing. Proposed enhancements:

Make it more clear which school's location is being viewed/edited. Something like School ID and Name at the top of the map.
Provide a way to remove the map to get back to list only. Right now, one can not (or it is not intuitive) how to remove that map. Seems once you open it for saving it remains there until you leave that screen altogether.
Also could be clearer to show when it is saved or not. For example, this could be achieved by only showing the "Save this position" button only when the the position has actually changed.
I think I would put the map below the grid just like the proposed enhancement in ~~#47~~
