User context menu does not work in Firefox

The Profile and Logout options in the context menu on the user name in the toolbar do not work in Firefox - the click event seems not to fire?

    This is all working now in Firefox in my latest develop so resolving and if problem is even still there should disappear in upcoming upgrade
