School dashboard loads all exam results

The school dashboard page loads exam results for all schools, large and expensive.
Redesiggn the exam school result api:
api/warehpouse/examschoolresults/ -- all school data
api/warehpouse/examschoolresults/schoolno -- specific school

SQl in the data layer should be replaced by using the views already available in the warehouse

Currently returns all standards ? may be ok when returning only one school, but need some consolidated options in the REST warehouse api
