Change Sql Delta options to propogate comments.

Noticed that a lot of comments, particularly on Views and Stored Procs, are not getting propogated becuase the Sql Delta option

Ignore Comments

is set to Yes.

Propogate all these comments, which provide detailed documentation on the data warehouse in particular.
