Update FEDEMIS production database schema

FEDEMIS is getting a bit behind pineapples_develop; should bring this up to date particularly to get the latest workbook student upload changes.

I have added warehouse.EnrolGRid views and warehouse.gridMaker stored proc; these are all new objects. But don't want to update objects without working through with @ghachey; perhaps next week?

@softwords We can upgrade FEDEMIS schema. Just make sure you don't yet remove any of the Temp views in there used to run some reports until they are ported to their final warehouse location. There is one for exams and a few for schools accreditations version 1 from the top of my head. We will need to think how we move forward with historical data of school accreditation and the data coming in going forward with the new survey app.

Also make sure pineapples_develop is the fully updated master schema as I will also sync myself and all my DBs this weekend.
