Dashboard broken by change to warehouse.schoolTeacherCount

SQL in data layer expects field Support which is no longer there.

2 fixes:

1. fix the data layer, this requires a deploy of the app.
2. Temporarily add fiel Support (value null) to the view warehouse.schoolTeachercount. This will enable the current code to work as before, and can be removed after deployment.
