Proposal: Store data setup tools in repository?

SQL scripts that can set up system defined data may be useful objects to store in the repository - so that they are easily located, are documented, and can be version controlled if they are changed.

Examples are scripts developed to set up in the database code values that are required from the Census workbooks.

Proposal is to put these in a new folder \SqlScripts\Tools folder

Agreed, so resolved: important Sql tools will live in SqlScripts\Tools
