Unauthorized Login Modal Not Correctly Displaying

See screenshot. And it is not working either, can't type anything in the fields, can't only click login to no avail.

I see this dialog box makes use of angular material. However, I have not seen much angular material elsewhere, at least not for the UI stuff, so did not try hard to fix this problem using material components. So for the time being I have "fixed" it by simply making use of plain HTML/CSS from the theme to be consistent with the signin page. I've got a branch waiting to be reviewed and merged. I'd like to discuss a road map for the future of the UI but this is far from priority so will wait for that :)
