TeacherSurvey Missing Data

I can’t locate any of SY2017-18 records in TeacherSurvey. Also uploading either the full SY2017-18 archived workbook or a single school loads (with some validation issues that or by design let pass through) does not populate this table with any record. Executing the relevant procedure results in a successful query with no returned records or anything.

@Brian Lewis I can confirm this to be resolved with the new loadNdoe procs and also resolves #612 so when you push your SQL delta script to repo you can resolve 612 and 613 in the commit message.
