warehouse.schooldimensionsurvey not keeping history of open schools to eventually close

Trying to do a simple table showing schools by region/authority code over last 5 years. A couple of schools where closed in 2017/18 therefore the Closed value becomes a year as opposed to 0 (for not closed). The warehouse puts those closed values (i.e. the year) for all survey years in warehouse.schooldimensionsurvey. I believe this to be a bug or at least not desirable behavior. The years when those schools were opened should have a 0 in the Closed field no?
