Customize Qualification Dialog for Certificate of Completion in Teacher

“The CCT (Certificate of Completion in Teaching) is a series of five courses at CMI and inclused a one semester teaching practicum at an elementary school. This is a licensing requirement for teachers who have earned either AS or AA degree. So it's not a same level as a one week training certificate. In the system, it's not asking for a institution, I think it should. Just a thought.”
