A few things here to cleanup. Codes are also showing as shown below.
The label Highest Ed Qualification creates confusion. We need this changed to Highest Certification. The same is true for both RMI and FSM.

deal with general mechanism for changing column names.
Most likely course of action is, where there are multiple column names (used historically, declare a field for every possibility, then coalesce them to a single value - only one will be not null.

The contents of the list is resolved in commit
c2455e6.Renaming the column is not addressed. Note that the column names are passed to the loading stored procs as the column names of a virtual table; so changes to a column name has furtherimplications.
