Workbook Version 20190628 Issues
Two critical things identified.
Why is the census hard coded with a formula? In FSM the census date should be 30 December for the age to be calculated correctly I think.
And after a merge all date of hired are lost. This can be tried with the workbook Yap 20190527 BOY SY2018-2019.xlsm from the OneDrive share.

repo owner In earlier versions of the workbook, Date of Hire ahead a trailing space at the end in the column name.
This was identified in issue
#624.This has been changed, but now, when merging from an older workbook that does not have this fix, the column names “Date of Hire” and “Date of Hire “ do not match, so Merge does not move the data.
Probably the simplest workaround for this is to remove the trailing space from “Date of Hire “ in the source workbook before merging. Then the column names will match , and the data will get moved across.

OK. Workaround will work, no need to fix this.

So the census must be set in Survey table. This is ok. The Date of hire issue remain a problem I think.
