Need a delete all files only for the Development mode service account

In development mode the files quickly grow large and cleaning up becomes tedious. Need a way to quickly delete all files in FedEMIS folders (or MIEMIS folders, etc.) from the FedEMIS web UI

In retrospect, this feature would also be useful to cleanup in production. Maybe a delete all at the bottom that would delete all shown cloud files (e.g. IN PROGRESS). Delete feature only available to super administrator.

For next year perhaps.
