Cloudfiles closing box redirects to school accreditation cloudfiles (and not where it was)

For example, if a user approves a WASH survey and then closes the loaded survey he is returned to the school accreditation cloudfiles creating some confusion.

Actually it returns to all cloudfiles. Ideally if the user was in WASH Loaded filtered state then after deleting or reloading, etc. the user should return to the same list of cloud files (i.e. WASH LOADED).
