A user with only read and readX permission can add Documents. I would expect a writeX is required.

Furthermore, I would expect adding new documents or qualifications would require writeX, but write suffices. Needs reviewing.

This is now working better. Read & ReadX permissions users can not edit or add any related docs. That’s great. However, I would still expect adding new documents or qualifications would require writeX, but write suffices.

I suggest then we leave as Write, not WriteX - I suspect that if we make it WriteX, we’ll end up giving everybody WriteX so that they can edit qualifications - then WriteX loses its significance.
