The workbook shall have all its age cutoff fields in sync with the EMIS database. It seems manually having to set the census date for the age cutoff calculation leads to data issues. Have it taken from the DB where it should be a clear requirement to set.

Further comment - the “census date” in the workbook is now pulled from the list of Survey records, corresponding to the selected survey year. Its use is to calculate the age column, and therefore the various workbook pivot tables. However, the Age is recalculated on the server during upload using the census date field on the Survey table.
