The upload workbook process should display a warning to the user when detecting student/teacher anomalies (e.g. when what seems like an existing student but with a different gender or date of birth). With the warning the user would be given an opportunity to sort this out early. Related to the de-duplication requirement in the students and teachers module software requirements specification.

May changed this requirement into a more general solution such has having the rollover done from within the system as opposed to in the workbook.

The built-in rollover should take care of the majority of data cleanup issues.
