The workbook should have a transfer out to a specific school which should be used in the rollover logic [2020:M]

New column added to outcome ‘Transferred To Which School’

Conditional formatting based on ‘Outcome’ column

Used to set the school when rolled over.

From… after rollover becomes ‘Transferred In’

Transferred From Which School is set to source school

Pupils marked as transferred out, but no school specified, are left attached to their original school. the are shown as a tranfer in from the same school, to highlight the missing data (ie transferred to… school)

Pupils marked Transferred to International are not rolled over.

Transferred pupils are assume promoted the following year - ie after rollover the grade level is incremented.
