Teachers by sector using percentages when teaching grades in two or more sectors [2021:O]

Currently a teacher is said to be teacher in the higher sector is he teachers grades in two or more sectors. This is better then before but more precision could be added by assigning some percentages to sectors. Example, teacher teaching grade 6 and grade 12 would be more precisely represented by saying 50% primary and 50% secondary. Also consider using percentages in grades taught instead of an 'X' if going this direction.
