Insights pop-up location

Are we able to have the insight pop-up appear within the vertical center of the users window being viewed? For instance, if the icon is towards the top of the screen when clicked, most of the pop-up gets cut off.

So to make these components more modular these little popups are actually a part of the small insights icon and not stand-alone (like the info modal for instance). These are vertically centered within the parent chart component and to float vertically would require completely re-working the component. Unfortunately these are pretty much locked into their current position.
