update arrows - intro & compete

Hey Ash, This was an update request from Mike. The small red arrows have been updated within the Intro and Compete PSDs (links are below). Please note, this is a LOW priority item. Mike just felt the red arrows were too far off brand. These should be applied to both desktop and mobile.
