Compete section videos

Josh feels there is too much going on in this section. Here's the feedback to update the PSDs:

• remove the video behind "The Race" so it's just the copy over the pink background
• if we prefer, we can use the video from behind "The race" for the one behind "The win"
• remove the eye video, and have "The High" over the blue background that fades into the sky of the final image.

Hey Ash,

We need to remove a couple videos from the Compete section since it was too overwhelming for the Adobe team with all those videos.
