Only first excerpt is displayed in the polyexcerpt include macro

Confluence: 6.7.2 PolyExcerpt: 1.0.1 (Trial)

Steps to reproduce

Create 2 pages with 2 polyexerpt macros with the same name: "Question" (screenshots: Concept.png and design.png) Create a summary page with 2 polyexcerpt include macros with the name "Question", one for each page (screenshot: Summary.png)

Expected behaviour

all 4 excerpts should be visible on the summary page

Failure

only the first excerpt from each page is shown on the summary page (screenshot: rendered.png)
