VersionReleaseEvent doesn't work

I want to create a script that creates a page in Confluence when releasing a version in JIRA.

But obviously the event "VersionReleaseEvent" is not triggered.

I wrote in a small test script that makes an entry in the LOG file. Other events like "Issue Created" have an entry in the LOG file. See Attachments

I don't think it needs a setting. If you can believe Google, it works with Scriptrunner. Therefore I suspect a bug in Code Runner.

Can you please help me? What am I doing wrong?
