Supporting the ASP or MVC web application

Thanks for your great efforts, am trying to access my scanner through web, i tried my best but unfortunately it's not working.

can you help me on that case and if you have any example it will great.

If you mean something like dynamic web twain then one way is to create a typical .net exe that runs on a user's machine and have the web page somehow talk to it. You won't be able to use twain on the web server.
