Falha ao instalar

Quando tempo instalar pela interface do october ele retorna esta mensagem e quebra minha aplicação toda.

Hello! Do you have the last version of October CMS? Why do you think that this error can be caused by algolia plugin? I checked on fresh build and seems that everything is fine. Can you provide more info please?!
