Raid Group Healing

Ok, Let me set the scene, So I've gathered up 10 people to run Upper Blackrock Spire on Saturday, April 15th and we have DPS in one group and tanks and healers in another, and then I find out that you cannot heal the opposite faction if they aren't in your raid group so they are helpless and they will DIE, We need this fixed if we want to continue with progression naturally.
Yeah. The cross faction grouping is great but it has issues. If the opposite faction is not in the same group as you are you cannot heal them. They also show as an enemy yet aren't attackable making it so when you Tab target you target them.
