Pet auto casts buff abilities constantly while out of combat

I have a wolf pet with Furious Howl rank 1. Enabling auto cast will make the wolf cast it whenever it's off cooldown, even when not in combat.

Expected behavior: The wolf should auto cast it in combat only.
