[Quest] Proof of Life

The quest Proof of Life(http://db.vanillagaming.org/?quest=8946) is currently impossible to complete. You are required to turn the quest in to Anthion Harmon(http://db.vanillagaming.org/?npc=16016). This NPC is a ghost and can only be seen with an Extra-Dimensional Ghost Revealer(http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=22115). It gives you the buff Extra-Dimensional Ghost Revealer(http://db.vanillagaming.org/?spell=27616) however when you use this item he isn't visible. I've had Help confirm that he is there and he can see Anthion while in GM mode however normal players can't see him even with the items that should allow you to see him. This quest chain is VERY important as it is required to upgrade the Dungeon 1 sets into Dungeon 2.

In the attachment below you can see I have ALL required items for the quest yet he doesn't appear for me.
