Gearing up armor with x0.5(x0.33) modifier

Formula for phys. damage reduction is: %Reduction = (Armor / ([85 * Enemy_Level] + Armor + 400)) * 100 So for trashmobs armor cap is 3720, for bosses - 4485. Armor stats reduction in 2 instead of old 3 system allows all tanks easily get trashcapped while gearing in D1+some blues from Stratholme, Dire Maul etc., while pre-raid BiSes + armor buffs can let them get to 4485 without any problems which makes tanks itemization less enjoyable.

Other stats are fine, so maybe we need -33% from current value only on armor stat.
