Mount Speed Shown Incorrectly?

When riding my epic kodo mounts, it displays the speed as 100% but I'm fairly sure the actual speed is 60%.

That's correct. I believe I need to make a client patch to make it show 40/60% instead of 60/100%.

This is indeed fixed when making a custom patch including Spell.dbc, which I did.
