Ammo for Rumbleshot quest uncompletable

The NPC Rumbleshot only acts as a vendor, he doesn't ever get the question mark after you pick up the ammo making the quest uncompletable.

You need to wait until the other dwarfs are gathered around him again. If someone else turns in the quest, the dwarfs will start a small event thing that takes a while to finish.
