Loot Bug

So we downed the Cannon Master Willey in Stratholme, he dropped the Mantle of the Scarlet Crusade. It didn't come up as the three first rolls, I looted it. Then it came up as a roll and I roll need on it, and now i got 2 of them. Haven't tested it a second time though.
