[BUG] Priest Spell: Mind Soothe

This ability is supposed to reduce the range that a humanoid mob will be aggro'd. Instead it does the complete opposite and will aggro the mob immediately. The only time it is supposed to aggro the mob is if the mob resists the spell. Currently it will aggro the mob regardless of if it resists or not.
