The iconic Goblin Rocket Boots made by engineers don't work. They're supposed increase your movement speed by 70% but all they do is cause your feet to sparkle.

Still bugged. Not sure if it's the spell that adds speed or the item that's bugged.

Just tested Gnomish Rocket Boots, same issue.
