Cobalt Mageweaver

This mob does not attack the way it is supposed to. It is supposed to attack with Frostbolt but, like many of the other elites in the area, it instead just runs over to you and melees. As stated on the vanilla db (http://db.vanillagaming.org/?npc=7437) this mob should have Frostbolt and Frost Armor but uses neither abilities. Was trying to go farm here after looking up on the database for places to get world drops/materials/recipes only to get one shot.
