Hemorrhage/Ghostly strike reset aggro on additional mobs

Using Hemorrhage, Ghostly strike and sometimes gouge will reset the aggro of any additional mobs that are already attacking you, making them run back and reset.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Aggro 2+ mobs
2. Use Hemorrhage/ Ghostly Strike on one of them
3. Watch the other mobs go back to their starting positions and reset.
