Gives your finishing moves a 60% change to add a combo point to your target - This talent is proc'ing off normal abilities such as Sinister Strike giving you 2 combo on just about ever time you use it. Also, even using your ranged weapon with this talent selected gives you a chance to add a combo point to your target.
