Gives you kick ability a 100% chance to silence the target for 2 seconds - This Talent is proc'ing off Sinister Strike as well as Ranged attacks similar to both Ruthlessness and Seal Fate.

This is happening with a lot of skills. Redoubt procs whenever you get hit for paladin giving them 90% block most of the time, Enrage and Flurry for Warriors is up all the time giving them 25% damage and 30% attack speed, Improved Concussive Shot procs off any ability, the list goes on and on. I'd update to Major or Critical. Some of these are game breaking.
