Layer not centered when zooming out from bottom-right corner

When magnifying the bottom right corner of the wall and then zooming out using the scroll wheel, the red rectangle goes out of the wall (see attached pic)

Fixed. The problem was due to applyConstraints() method invoked in scroll gesture manager
