Issue #15 resolved

Automatically begin with a new row

created an issue

Would it be possible to have the first element hard-coded as a new row, without the user's needing to do this manually?

This would mean the user wouldn't need to start a New row in order to start a new column at the top of the document, or to apply a style to the first row.

It also helps keep the CSS simple if we know that all content will be within rows.

This is implemented now. The 'new row' and 'new column' appear as soon as the user enters something and then refreshes the headings for a first time.
